What are the host company's required filing procedures?
To comply with the Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’ regulations, CETUSA assists companies to:
- Submit a structured training plan outlining the scope and content of the participant’s proposed program
- Complete mid-course and final evaluations of the training program
Host companies must also:
- Provide a Dun & Bradstreet number, a Tax Identification Number (EIN), as well as proof of a Workman’s Compensation Insurance policy
- Provide either one or several rotating projects for the trainee or intern
- Provide supervision and support for the trainee or intern
