How it Works
CETUSA has a large network of fully trained, competent individuals called Community Coordinators. Our Community Coordinators work under the direct supervision of our Regional Directors and our main offices. Coordinators work closely with schools to ensure that each student placed there is successful and a positive addition to the student body. If you choose to become a CETUSA Host School, one of our local coordinators will be available to answer any questions that you may have and will provide you support and assistance throughout the entire school year.
Our program participants are carefully screened to make sure that they will be a good fit for the program they are applying for. Some of the things we screen for are: sufficient English language skill (must have a minimum of 3 years English language education), U.S. equivalent of a B- or higher grade point average and personal maturity. Only students whom we feel are well qualified are accepted.
Our host schools offer CETUSA program participants the same instruction and care as they do all other students in attendance; there are no additional requirements.
