Most participants work in entry-level jobs. All participants receive, at minimum, a federally mandated minimum wage. Often the wage is higher. Possible responsibilities may include kitchen help, maintenance, busing tables, housekeeping, ride and amusement park staffing, guest services, cashiers’ positions or other jobs that do not require a significant amount of previous training or experience.
