Program Description:

• Participate in multiple project phases, including presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, technologists, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives.
• Produce graphic presentations, marketing plans, and construction drawings.
• Learn about the commercial workplace interior and architectural sector.
• Request samples from vendors and manage material library.
• Must be willing to answer phones, handle requests, and communicate with property management teams and brokers regarding projects.

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with academic focus in Architecture studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Architecture degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years in this field
• Must speak Advanced English (reading and writing)
• 1-3 years’ experience working for a architecture or interior design firm, specializing in corporate interiors is a plus. This is an entry level position.
• BArch, MArch, or Interior Design degree is required.
• Excellent design, organization, and communications skills required.
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD software, as this is the main software used daily.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
