Position Description:
- Creating digital landscape designs, rendering landscape plans, construction details, and assisting with proposals and cost estimates for high-end residential and commercial properties based on accurate field verification, measurements, and analyses.
- Assist the Project Manager/Job Captain in designing and preparing plans, specifications, and documentation for landscape architectural projects across all phases, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Develop creative design solutions and layouts for facilities and landscaped areas, incorporating project goals, client requirements, and environmental considerations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to coordinate project elements and ensure seamless integration of landscape designs.
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Internship program, you must be an undergraduate student of architecture/landscape architecture OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
- To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture/landscape architecture degree and have at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in a related field.
- Must speak advanced English (reading and writing).
- An in-depth understanding of landscape construction projects, methods, and procedures.
- Experience in reading scaled landscape plans, engineering plan sets, and construction details.
- Previous experience in landscape design, including developing plans and specifications across project phases (concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents)
- Strong creative, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively under the direction of the Project Manager/Job Captain.
