Position Description:
- Assist in planning regular maintenance on bakery machines and equipment to extend asset lifespan
- Learn how to diagnose, repair, or replace worn parts to minimize service interruptions
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Ensure safety standards, including food safety, are upheld during maintenance
- Utilize CMMS Limble to track maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
- Maintain proper records of work activities, including procurement and maintenance costs
- Support spare parts procurement and inventory management
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must be Industrial Engineering/Industrial Maintenace Technology degrees and have at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of technical features of mechanical, industrial electricity, HVAC systems, boilers, etc.
- Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilites
