Position Description:

• Assist in planning regular maintenance on bakery machines and equipment to extend asset lifespan
• Learn how to diagnose, repair, or replace worn parts to minimize service interruptions
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Ensure safety standards, including food safety, are upheld during maintenance
• Utilize CMMS Limble to track maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
• Maintain proper records of work activities, including procurement and maintenance costs
• Support spare parts procurement and inventory management

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must be Industrial Engineering/Industrial Maintenace Technology degrees and have at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of technical features of mechanical, industrial electricity, HVAC systems, boilers, etc.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilites
