This host is a small, high-end restaurant chain with locations in some of the biggest cities in the U.S. Offering 100% plant-based dining, the restaurant aims to reimagine plant-based foods, highlighting the unique flavors, textures, and experiences they have to offer. The host is seeking early-career hospitality trainees who are interested in gaining supervisor-level experience in order to further their career.

Position Description:

  • Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale restaurant
  • Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Advance management skills and supervisory duties

Applicant Qualifications:

  • To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or restaurant management degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR have 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
  • Applicants must speak ADVANCED ENGLISH, have a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
  • Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Restaurant specific experience is highly preferred
