Host Company Description:

The host company is a contemporary luxury hotel located in the CityWay district of downtown Indianapolis.  It is just steps from the Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, and is close to downtown landmarks and entertainment. Participants can visit Mass Ave, known for its restaurants, nightlife, and arts, and take a stroll around the city’s many parks and outdoor spaces.

Position Description:

• Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel
• Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or restaurant management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
• Applicants must speak ADVANCED ENGLISH, have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
