Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with academic focus in Fashion / Design studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the Fashion/Design field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Must be able to sew and understand product design.

Program Description

• Assist with all aspects of the product design and development process
• Create and update CAD designs, technical sketches, and product illustrations
• Develop and maintain technical packs with accurate product specifications
• Support the design team with sketching, concept development, and design revisions
• Perform sewing and sample construction as needed for product development
• Review garment fittings and prepare detailed fit comments for sample improvements
