As a plastic company, they manufacture, assemble, and test plastics products for a variety of industries. They have multiple facilities around the U.S. serving a variety of different clients.
Position Description:
- Verify bill of materials for manufactured parts for attributes such as: Material usage, part weight during different stages of molding, cycle time, scrap.
- Manage part BOM actuals vs quoted/standard through tracker to help identify gaps and support closure of gaps.
- Communicate and support other departments throughout the manufacturing, quality, and logistics processes
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, business, or similar and at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in related field.
- Applicants must speak advanced English
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong math and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to accuracy, detail, and time-management, and processes
- Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively
- Critical thinking/problem-solving
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Have a strong sense of ownership
