Position Description:
- Train along Chemists and Chemical Engineers to improve the process
- Hands-on operate lab scale and pilot scale chemical reactions
- Analyze plastic wastes (rigid packaging and polyester textiles), products with a variety of analytical chemistry techniques
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Internship program, you must be a chemical engineering undergraduate student OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
- To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a degree in chemical engineering have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field OR be a career professional of 5 or more years of experience.
- An ideal candidate will possess an academic background, ideally with some industry internships, in chemical engineering or chemistry, but training to gain skills in either area will be available.
- Familiar with at least 2 analytical techniques out of NMR, GPC, HS-GCMS, FTIR, ICP, DSC, TGA, XRF,
- colorimetry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
