Host Company Description:

The host company is located in San Marcos, Texas. They are a wholesale distributor, specializing in beverage imports from Mexico.  The company started as a project of culinary experts demanding more gourmet products, and they have more than seven years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. They import artisanal, handcrafted, and the best quality products for the restaurant and retail clients.

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with academic focus in Business Management / Marketing studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the Business Management / Marketing field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Excellent English skills and must be fluent in Spanish
• Adobe creative cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
• Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram

Program Description

• Develop and maintain digital content consistent with brand management
• Learn how to develop marketing campaigns 
• Utilize social media platforms and develop strategies
• Develop a Blog and Zoom classes project
• Visit current and prospective clients
