The host company is an architectural firm specializing in commercial and industrial design projects, including projects for schools, banks, healthcare facilities, auto dealerships, and retail/industrial entities. They offer project planning and management, architectural design and engineering, and post-production support. The scenic Zanesville, Ohio offers a variety of historical landmarks like the “Y Bridge” and several museums; outdoor beauty at Dillon and Blue Rock State Parks, and cultural opportunities like art galleries, theaters, and restaurants.

Position Description:

• Assist with building construction and building power systems
• Present instructions for building construction prints and permits pertaining to lighting design techniques, general building power systems, American voltage and frequency standards, transformer selection, and system grounding

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, you must bean architecture undergraduate student OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
• To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a degree in architecture and have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field OR be a career professional of 5 or more years of experience.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, IT systems, and VOIP layout preferred
• Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills required
