Position Description:
- Train in design, development, and maintenance of the WooCommerce-based eCommerce platform
- Manage end-to-end web development projects (planning, execution, testing, and deployment)
- Collaborate with other departments about new features, UI/UX improvements, and campaigns.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance, security, and compatibility across devices.
- Monitor analytics, SEO, and conversion metrics to inform continuous improvements.
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the training field, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and collaboration with other departments
- Full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of workflows, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in project management with ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code quality and user interface.
