The host company is a privately-held investment management firm focused on the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Founded in 2025, it operates as a science-driven hedge fund, investing across both public and private healthcare companies. They specialize in identifying opportunities within biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, and healthcare services. Oradell, New Jersey is located less than an hour from New York City, making it easy to experience Oradell’s small-town charm and New York City’s cultural experiences.

Position Description:

• Build targeted outreach lists
• Conduct outbound prospecting
• Maintain a CRM pipeline
• Schedule meetings and support special projects related to capital raising and strategic partnerships

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be business development/finance undergraduate/graduate students OR be recent graduates who begin the program within 12 months of their graduation date
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the business development/finance field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Applicants must speak ADVANCED ENGLISH, have a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
