From beginning to end, the host company provides support to ensure standards, budgets, and timelines are met for each project. Creating sustainable solutions for each project is at the core of their mission.

Position Description:

• Train directly with project managers on a lighting or energy conversion project including:
  • Steam to hot water conversion
  • Solar power conversion
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
• Learn about site coordination, required reporting, and project management steps from beginning to end
• Gain hands-on knowledge from project stakeholders

Applicant Qualifications:

• To apply for the Internship program, you must be an undergraduate student of Mechanical Engineering OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation.
• To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of work experience OR be a career professional of 5 or more years in related field.
• Applicants must speak advanced English
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present technical information in writing, through emails and reports, or orally, to management, technical and non-technical audiences, and functional teams.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and interest in sustainable energy.
