Position Description:
- Support technical project management for PV systems (inverter integration, battery storage, etc.)
- Assist in ensuring product designs and installations meet international and local compliance standards (e.g., IEC, UL, NEC).
- Coordinate testing, certification, and documentation processes for PV and battery systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to address compliance issues
- Assist in handling technical and compliance in USA.
Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Electronic or related degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PV systems, battery energy storage, inverter technologies, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with compliance standards and certification processes in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
