Acknowledgment re CETUSA Confidential and Proprietary Information

The information contained on this website is confidential. It is intended only for the use by CETUSA employees, employers, agents, coordinators, host families and students (hereafter “authorized users”). If you are an authorized user, you acknowledge and agree that any dissemination, distribution, or use of the information contained herein, outside of your employment and/or association with CETUSA, is strictly prohibited.

Authorized User Agreement

By accessing this system and the network that is part of the system, I also acknowledge and agree that I am a CETUSA authorized user and that I will abide by all CETUSA rules, regulations and policies. Access to the system and its network gives the user access to Company reports that contain confidential and proprietary information that is not public and must be kept confidential. Such information is intended for CETUSA use only and may not be utilized for any third party benefit. If CETUSA Confidential and/or Proprietary Information is disclosed to, or used by, a competitor, such competitor will be able to obtain substantial economic value from its use and CETUSA will sustain severe economic injury. I agree to use such information only as necessary and proper in the performance of your duties with CETUSA; and I agree not to directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of CETUSA, reproduce, copy, disseminate, publish, disclose, provide or otherwise make available to any person, firm, corporation, agency or other entity, any unauthorized distribution or dissemination of CETUSA Confidential and/or Proprietary Information may result in appropriate legal action against you.

I acknowledge, understand and agree that I have no right or expectation of privacy in my use of the CETUSA system or network, including but not limited to e-mail messages sent or received. CETUSA is authorized to examine my use of its system and network (including my e-mails and their attachments) at any time, and for any reason, without my prior approval and without providing any notice to me.
